Here you will find information and links about the different options for participating in the SeaWilding Conference 2025. You can register as a participant/attendee for all days or get a day pass. You can also register for side-event activities at Port Olimpic.

Registration: Full Conference Pass

Here you can register for the SeaWilding 2025 Conference. Keep in mind that there are different categories of participación. Please read carefully to ensure you select the correct link.

Full conference registration

Enrollment Deadline:

• Early bird booking until: (NEW DATE) September 14, 2025
• General Enrollment Until: October 20, 2025

General rate

‍The prices listed below do not include the 21% VAT that is added at the time of payment.

• Early booking: 190€ + VAT
• General registration: 240€ + VAT
• Full-time students (40% off)

The general rate includes:

• Admission to all sessions, from October 23 to 25, 2025
• Coffee breaks throughout the conference.
• Cava & Wine cocktail and Networking, October 23, 2025

payment and terms

• Please note that places are limited and registration is binding. There will be no refunds of the participation fee.
• 21% VAT will be added to all costs.
